Hi Barbara, I hope you don’t mind me reaching out. When I left my job I left $130,000 in a retirement account. A financial advisor suggested a variable annuity from Allianz, but I’m not sure that’s the best option. I’d like to move the money into a Roth IRA, but I can’t afford the tax hit if I do it all in one year. I know you can’t give official financial advice, but do you have any thoughts or guidance?
